    3. - In-depth knowledge of OO programming and practices

    4. - Excellent knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework

    5. - Used well known ruby gems and plug-ins

    6. - Must have a strong implementation in REST API's and XML

    7. - Know how with web services

    8. - Exceptional MySQL skills

    9. - Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery) and DIV based layouts

    10. - Must have expertise in ReactJs or AngularJS

    11. - Test-driven development process

    12. - Familiar with web standards

    13. - Experience in Linux, Apache and Unicon based working environment
